Do Not Sell Or Share My Personal Information

Last updated: February 2026

Your Right to Opt Out

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) grant you the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. This page explains your options and how to exercise them.

We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information

RedRabble does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We do not exchange your name, email address, or other identifying information for money with third parties. We do not sell the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Sharing for Advertising Purposes

Under the CCPA/CPRA, certain data practices may be considered "sharing" when we disclose identifiers (such as IP address, cookie IDs, or device identifiers) to advertising partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use Google AdSense and similar advertising services that may collect and use such information to deliver personalized ads. You have the right to opt out of this sharing.

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information using any of the methods below:

1. Industry Opt-Out Tools

The Digital Advertising Alliance and Network Advertising Initiative offer tools that signal your opt-out preference to participating companies across the web.

2. Google Ad Personalization

We use Google AdSense. You can control how Google uses your data for ad personalization and opt out of personalized ads.

3. Browser Settings

Blocking or restricting third-party cookies in your browser will limit the data that can be used for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can manage cookies in your browser's settings (typically under Privacy or Security). Note that blocking all cookies may affect website functionality.

4. Submit a Request to Us

You may submit an opt-out request directly to us. We will process your request within 15 business days as required by the CCPA. To submit a request, please contact us through our Help Center and include "Do Not Sell/Share Opt-Out Request" in your message. We may need to verify your identity to process the request.

Opt-Out Preference Signals (Global Privacy Control)

Some browsers and browser extensions support Global Privacy Control (GPC), a signal that communicates your preference not to have your personal information sold or shared. We honor GPC signals where technically feasible. To use GPC, enable it in your browser or install a compatible extension.

Authorized Agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit an opt-out request on your behalf. The agent must provide proof of authorization, and we may require you to verify your identity directly with us. To submit a request through an authorized agent, contact us through our Help Center.

Non-Discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising your opt-out rights. You will not be denied services, charged different prices, or provided a different level of service solely because you opted out. We may, however, offer different pricing or features to consumers who have chosen to allow personalized advertising, where the difference is reasonably related to the value of your data.

Other Privacy Rights

California residents also have the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete their personal information, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to limit the use of sensitive personal information. For more information, see our full Privacy Policy.
